Carol Sorber, Project Manager
Carol Sorber is the founder and chief executive officer of Catch Fire Consulting LLC. She supports her clients as chief organizational strategist, leadership development coach, and project manager, focusing on transformational change, client success, and positively impacting people and business outcomes.
Carol has spent most of her career designing, developing, and delivering dynamic and engaging professional development opportunities for global law firms, public television stations, and national and local nonprofit organizations. As a skilled group leader and facilitator, she uses collaborative activities to enhance the learning experience for participants and improve on-the-job performance.
She co-authored the book, The Art and Science of Strategic Talent Management in Law Firms. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from The George Washington University, a Certificate of Leadership Coaching from SUNY University at Buffalo, and is an accredited administrator of the Hogan Personality Inventories© and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator©.
