Reaching communities where connectivity fails
Since our founding, IEI has delivered education and health content to schools, health centers, correctional facilities, and underserved communities — through whatever infrastructure they already have.

Where we're working
IEI designs every pilot to transition from philanthropic investment into permanently funded, locally sustained infrastructure.
Community Health Access
IEI delivers health literacy content — covering nutrition, maternal health, chronic disease prevention, and COVID guidance — to patients in FQHC waiting rooms across Pennsylvania, including many sites without reliable internet. IEI also supports correctional and reentry education at facilities in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Digital Learning Access
Students without home internet access can complete digital assignments alongside connected peers — through ATSC 3.0 broadcast datacasting that requires no home broadband. IEI delivers curriculum directly to devices in schools and homes.
IEI at a Glance
From rural North Carolina to Jamaica, IEI adapts its delivery model to local infrastructure — broadcast, cellular, satellite, or hybrid offline.
Philanthropy that becomes permanent infrastructure
Every IEI pilot is designed from the start to transition out of philanthropic dependency.
Partner with us
Philanthropic investment in IEI de-risks innovation and unlocks long-term government and institutional funding that sustains impact for decades.
