Our model

Philanthropy that becomes permanent infrastructure

Every IEI pilot is designed from the start to transition out of philanthropic dependency.

01
Philanthropic investment
Fund a pilot in an underserved community — health, education, or workforce
02
Proof of impact
Gather data and demonstrate outcomes with institutional partners
03
Earned-revenue contract
Government or institution funds permanent deployment and expansion
04
Scale & replicate
Earned revenue sustains operations; philanthropy funds the next cycle
Already proven: The PACHC healthcare pilot followed exactly this path — from philanthropic pilot to a 10-year, $541,000 earned-revenue contract signed in 2025, now expanding from 40+ to 180+ sites. The Jamaica datacasting pilot is fully funded by Television Jamaica, demonstrating how early proof unlocks national broadcaster and government adoption.
